The Gradalis Approach
Our approach to teacher training makes it possible for schools to support training their teachers while they teach! Our cohorts bring teachers from across the country who share their experiences. Coming together creates a unique and incomparable ‘bond’ while uniting faculty and community members through a common experience. Teachers gain an understanding of what lies behind this type of education while meeting daily challenges of teaching.
The program includes main lesson blocks support throughout the school year. Understanding the blocks and what lies behind them gives teachers confidence as they endeavor to provide this type of education to their own students while in training. It gives teachers the background for understanding what it means to be a school inspired by Waldorf principles!
We know it takes special people who are willing to strive and transform themselves to become true educators in schools inspired by Waldorf principles while teaching a class. GRADALIS professional development weaves this development throughout the coursework so that it becomes deeply integrated into the life of our students.
